Customer Service Specialist - Internal Account Manager - Dandenong South, Melbourne
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated Internal Account Manager to join our Customer Service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and carriers. As a key point of contact for our customers and carriers, you’ll take ownership of freight enquiries, swiftly resolve issues, and craft tailored, efficient, and cost-effective logistics solutions that drive customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

Customs Broker - Dandenong South, Melbourne
POSITION DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customs Broker located in Melbourne, VIC. As a Customs Broker at Bulk Group, you will be responsible for managing customs clearance, including all import/export operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining compliance with local and international regulations, liaising with government agencies and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments while optimising value for our clients.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customs Broker to join our growing business. Newly licensed brokers ready to make their mark in the industry are also encouraged to apply!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for import and export customs declarations and working closely with all relevant authorities for all customs related matters
Ensure that customs clearance are achieved within agreed specific customer service standards
Liaise with regulatory bodies to develop positive working relationships to ensure compliance
Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date customer records, reports, documentation, databases, etc.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Current certification as a Licensed Customs Broker in Australia
Excellent knowledge of local and international customs regulations, policies, and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
Experience with Cyberfreight and other relevant software is a plus
